Minimum number of passengers?

We require a minimum of two passengers per flight, so single-person bookings are not accepted. Alternatively, private flights can be arranged at an additional cost if you prefer to fly solo.

Is online booking required?

Online booking is recommended, but we also welcome passengers who arrive on the day. Due to existing bookings, we cannot guarantee availability for a flight for walk-in guests.

Is there a weight limit?

Each of our helicopters has specific weight limits. We can seat all passengers, but a surcharge may apply if an individual exceeds 125kg.

Are there age limits to fly?

We welcome passengers of all ages, from infants to seniors, to enjoy our scenic flights. Children over 2 years old will require their own seat.

What if my flight is cancelled?

While cancellations due to weather are rare, they can happen. If this occurs, we can either reschedule your flight or offer a refund.

Can I take photos on the flight?

Absolutely! Photography is encouraged. Our pilots will allow plenty of time for stunning shots of the coastline, and we also offer photo opportunities in front of the helicopter before and after the flight.

Stunning trip with Damien at Apollo Bay Aviation… he was super accommodating and helpful for my paraplegic brother. Seeing the 12 apostles was spectacular - the trip from Apollo Bay along the forest and then back along the coast was just as scenic and I highly recommend starting the trip from Apollo Bay!

Clarke was very professional, friendly and an extremely experienced pilot. The flight itself was everything I thought it would be. Little bit bumpy at times but smooth for the majority. Views were breathtaking, and seeing the Apostles from overhead gives you the full scope of their size.
